pl/nc/it were fighting in a system about a couple of baby supercaps and ccp removed the bubbles at a gate because they caused lag. I thought that those 770+ people in system caused the lag, but as it seems it's the fault of those bubbles

bubbles are supposed to pin people at a gate/station/whereever; if that bubble dies within a bunch of seconds the only sollution is anchoring more bubbles. get t3 bubbles into the game, which have a range of 100km and the hp of a pos, then we will use those. times have changed, fleet sizes are bigger than they ever were. therefore alot of bubbles needs to be used, otherwhise they would be useless.

Edited by: DRACO selen on 31/05/2010 08:41:26 that bubbles did create so much jump in lag, that you did not load, is simply not true. There were 4(!) guys that did not load as it seems, while the rest of the pl/nc fleet was out of all bubbles after 4.5 minutes.
just to compare this, in h-w it took me like 30 minutes to even get in game

10 bubbles will be dead after 20 sec and therefore there is no point. in order to lock down someone today with all the numbers you need to use a massive ammount of bubbbles. and it's not like that it's just us doing this..
